Haulify Recruiting ("Haulify," "we," "us") helps CDL-A drivers get matched with trucking carriers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Driver applicants: name, phone number, email, CDL class, years of experience, endorsements, preferred load types, home-time preference, and anything else you share in the application form.
Carrier partners: company name, contact name, phone, email, fleet size, and hiring lanes submitted through the partner form.
Automatically collected: basic technical data such as browser type, used only to keep the site working and secure.
2. How we use your information
To match drivers with carriers, to contact you about your application or a potential match, and to improve our matching process and this site.
3. Sharing your information
Driver information is shared only with carriers we believe may be a genuine match, solely for recruiting purposes. We do not sell driver or carrier data, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Data retention & your choices
We keep application information for as long as it's useful for matching you with opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request an update, correction, or deletion at any time.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us.
6. Children's privacy
Haulify's services are intended for individuals 18 or older, consistent with CDL licensing requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Haulify Recruiting website and services. By submitting an application or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Haulify does
Haulify Recruiting matches CDL-A Company Drivers and Owner Operators with trucking carriers based on experience, load type, and home-time preferences. Haulify is a recruiting service — not a motor carrier and not your employer. Any employment or contractor relationship is between the driver and the carrier, not with Haulify.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CDL (or be actively pursuing one) to apply as a driver. Carrier applicants confirm they are authorized to represent the company submitting the inquiry. You agree to provide accurate, current information in any form you submit.
3. No guarantee of placement
Submitting an application does not guarantee a match, interview, or job offer. Placement depends on carrier hiring needs and driver qualifications.
4. Fees
Haulify's matching service is free for drivers. Carriers pay a placement fee only after a successful hire, as agreed separately with Haulify.
5. Your responsibilities
Do not submit false or misleading information, and do not use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it. You're responsible for keeping your application details up to date.
6. Limitation of liability
Haulify provides its matching service "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haulify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any resulting placement or employment arrangement.
